    • The Weblings & WebLords – Client Platform Development
      • Assembled and managed a small team of Flash Programmers who were responsible for implementing the front end of the WebWars titles.
      • Mentored the Client Team to instill best practices through iterative design and code reviews.
      • Worked with Team Leads to ensure that milestones were delivered on time and to expectations.

      • Worked in a smaller rapid-development team to design and implement Housing System.

      • Collaborated with Game Designers to solidify System Requirements.
      • Implemented and owned Game Systems such as In-Game Mail, Player Auctions, Communications and Versioning.
      • Designed and Implemented User Interfaces to support various Systems.

      • Collaborated in the design of new skills and character abilities.
      • Implemented new Skills, Classes and Character Races.
      • Worked hand in hand with Art to integrate new assets into the game.
